Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Lead Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise Master Data Management solutions leveraging Informatica MDM, IDQ, and IDMC platforms. This role leads Golden Record management, onboarding, data quality, integrations, and cloud-based synchronization with AWS-based services and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate has strong MDM architecture expertise, production support experience, and the ability to coordinate onsite-offshore delivery teams

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Master Data Management, Data Integration, or Enterprise Data Platform development.
• Strong hands-on Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain) including models, match/merge rules, trust, workflows, SIF APIs.
• Experience with IDQ, IDMC, PowerCenter, API integration, and batch processing.
• AWS skills including DynamoDB, CloudWatch; real-time and batch data synchronization.
• Proven production support, incident management, and DevOps practices.
• Strong SQL, data governance, and data quality expertise; stakeholder interaction and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica MDM configurations and data models.
• Configure and integrate source systems for onboarding and data migration.
• Develop and support IDQ data quality solutions for cleansing, validation, and governance.
• Design inbound APIs, outbound events, MQ integrations, and data exchange services.
• Lead Golden Record creation, survivorship, lineage, and master data governance processes.
• Build AWS-based synchronization and caching with DynamoDB; integrate Snowflake and platforms.
• Monitor platform health with Dynatrace, CloudWatch; support 24x7 production operations.
• Develop automated tests (Cucumber, JUnit, JMeter); contribute to CI/CD and release management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide technical recommendations.
• Act as onsite technical lead; coordinate delivery with offshore teams.
