Job summary

Unchai Solutions is seeking a Senior Informatica MDM & IDQ Administrator to manage hosted Informatica Multidomain MDM, MDM SaaS, and IDQ/CDQ services, focusing on platform health, security, and uptime.

The role spans platform administration, MDM service operations, IDQ rule maintenance, and integration support, requiring 5–10 years in enterprise data management with hands-on Informatica MDM and IDQ experience.

Qualifications

5-10 years in enterprise data management with hands-on Informatica MDM and IDQ/CDQ administration.
Strong proficiency in Secure Agent configuration, Linux OS, shell scripting/Python, and advanced SQL.
Experience with deterministic/probabilistic matching, survivorship, and AddressDoctor.
Familiarity with Informatica IDMC SaaS and healthcare data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Platform Administration: Administer hosted Informatica environments; manage Secure Agent clusters, RBAC/SSO, releases, and SLA monitoring.
MDM Service Operations: Oversee hub staging, load, tokenization, batch jobs; tune match rules, trust/decay scores, survivorship, BES support.
IDQ Operations & Rules: Maintain data quality engine, profiling jobs, scorecards, reference data, and AddressDoctor updates.
Integration & Incident Support: Monitor REST/SOAP APIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and lead incident resolution with vendor support.
