Job summary

enGen seeks an Application Developer skilled in Informatica technologies for critical data management work. You will design, implement and sustain complex solutions, driving data quality initiatives with data owners and stewards. The role emphasizes MDM principles and hands‑on IDMC/MDM/CDI work.

You will engage in cross‑functional collaboration, lead in SDLC activities, and mentor teammates while delivering compliant, high‑quality software in a client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5 years of developer experience and PM tool experience.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC, MDM, CDI/CAI, REF360 and on‑prem tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of complex applications.
• Follow Highmark SDLC standards and provide production support.
• Collaborate with customers, BAs, partners and IT to drive requirements.
• Provide technical support including release implementations and on‑call duties.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure documentation quality.
