Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a developer.
• Experience with Project Management tools.
• Experience with databases.
• Experience with multiple coding languages.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex application design, coding, testing and deployment with minimal defects.
• Follows and contributes to Highmark SDLC standards.
• Collaborates with customers, analysts and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provides technical support including release management and on-call coverage.
• Ensures compliance with Highmark policies and data security requirements.
