Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks a Senior Infor XA / MAPICS Developer to deliver development, support, and enhancements for Infor ERP XA in a manufacturing setting. You will work hands-on on IBM iSeries/AS400 Power Systems and coordinate with stakeholders to implement reliable ERP solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in RPGLE, RPG, CL, Web Services integrations with RPGXML, and Infor ION, driving continuous improvements in ERP functionality and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in application development and support.
• Strong expertise with Infor ERP XA (MAPICS).
• Extensive hands-on experience with IBM iSeries/AS400 Power Systems.
• Advanced proficiency in RPGLE, RPG, and CL development.
• Experience developing and supporting Web Services integrations using RPGXML.
• Hands-on experience with Infor ION integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, development, and enhancement experience within ERP environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, maintain, and support Infor ERP XA (MAPICS) applications.
• Develop and maintain applications on IBM iSeries/AS400 Power Systems.
• Perform RPGLE, RPG, and CL development and troubleshooting.
• Develop and support Web Services integrations using RPGXML.
• Design, implement, and support integrations using Infor ION.
• Analyze and resolve complex ERP application issues and production problems.
• Support application enhancements and technical changes within ERP environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support manufacturing-related business processes and ERP functionality.
• Maintain effective technical communication and stakeholder relationships.
