Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating IBM i / AS400 / iSeries systems.
• Direct experience supporting Infor XA / MAPICS ERP.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IBM i / AS400 / iSeries systems.
• Troubleshoot job failures and ensure nightly processing.
• Support front-line operations in the Infor XA ERP environment.
• Document system activity and communicate issues.

Skills

Operating IBM i / AS400 / iSeries systems

Supporting Infor XA / MAPICS ERP

Command-line proficiency

Familiarity with DB2 for i and SQL

Understanding of work management concepts

Experience with IBM Power hardware

Knowledge of TCP/IP, SMTP, and FTP

Diagnosing system and hardware issues
