Job summary

RPI Consultants seeks an Infor Program Manager with extensive experience leading full cycle Infor ERP implementations. This role guides the deployment of Infor FSM, HCM, WFM and XM systems across client organizations, aligning technology and change management with business goals to deliver measurable value.

The role will manage portfolios, governance, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in full cycle Infor implementations.
• Familiarity with finance, supply chain and HR business processes.
• Proficiency with project management software tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple related projects, manage interdependencies, and assist with prioritization.
• Establish governance frameworks, steering committee processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes including vendor negotiations.
• Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary teams (IT, Finance, HR, etc.) and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Maintain clear communication with executive leadership, sponsors, and end-users; report progress, issues, and risks to senior management.
