Job summary

RPI Consultants seeks an experienced Infor Program Manager to lead full-cycle Infor ERP implementations across client organizations. You will drive the rollout of Infor FSM, HCM, WFM and XM, aligning technology with business strategy and change management.

You will manage a portfolio of projects, establish governance, oversee budgets and resources, and mentor multi-disciplinary teams while communicating with senior leadership and end-users to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in full cycle Infor implementations.
• Familiarity with finance, supply chain and HR processes.
• Proficiency with project management software tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple related projects and manage the implementation of Infor FSM, HCM, WFM and XM systems.
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Budget oversight, resource allocation, and vendor negotiations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate IT, Finance, HR.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage change requests and adoption.
• Maintain clear communication with executives and end-users; report progress.
