Job summary

RPI Consultants seeks an Infor Program Manager with extensive experience leading full cycle Infor ERP implementations. This role guides Infor FSM, HCM, WFM and XM deployments, aligning business strategy with technology and change management to deliver measurable value.

The role involves managing a project portfolio, governance, budgets, cross-functional teams, risk management, and active stakeholder engagement to ensure successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in full cycle Infor implementations
• Familiarity with finance, supply chain and HR business processes
• Proficiency with Project Management Software tools

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Portfolio: Oversee multiple related projects, understand interdependencies, assist with project prioritization and connect dots.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish governance frameworks, steering committee processes, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes, including vendor negotiations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor and lead and coordinate, multi-disciplinary teams (IT, Finance, HR, etc.); foster and manage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with executive leadership, sponsors, and end-users; report progress, issues, and risks to senior management.
