get-engaged is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead high-profile client relationships within the Influencer & Partnerships team. You will manage top-tier talent partnerships and oversee cross-functional execution of strategic campaigns.

You will negotiate complex talent deals, supervise a team of Account Managers and Associates, and help scale operations by driving performance and delivering insightful campaign reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client-facing account management, talent relations, or entertainment marketing.
• 1+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of celebrity/talent landscape and influencer compensation norms.
• Experience negotiating talent deals and reviewing contracts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs and platform practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients and talent partners, aligning goals and deliverables.
• Lead strategy and execution of celebrity and talent-driven campaigns from ideation to reporting.
• Oversee contract negotiations, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and talent deliverables.
• Manage budgets, campaign pacing, and performance benchmarks with real-time optimizations.
• Supervise and support Account Managers and Associates with guidance and feedback.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and deliver comprehensive performance reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with brand management, creative, content, and social media teams.
