AlgaeCal is seeking a results-driven influencer marketing and partnerships leader to grow a performance-driven ecosystem of creators, affiliates, and health experts. You’ll craft offers, recruit partners, and ensure campaigns drive measurable revenue and brand trust.

You’ll own end-to-end partnership programs, balance negotiation with performance, and build robust tracking to show attribution and impact. If you’re excited to help women discover natural health solutions, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, creator growth, or a similar role.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in health, wellness, supplements, D2C, eCommerce, women’s health, or another category where credibility matters as much as conversion.
• Experience with tracking, reporting, and platforms to prove performance and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable influencer program with creator, affiliate, and expert partnerships.
• Negotiate smart deals and manage campaigns from brief to launch to reporting.
• Develop tracking, attribution, and dashboards to measure performance and revenue impact.
• Manage budgets, optimize spend, and pursue opportunities that drive ROAS and profitability.
