Responsibilities
Account Management: Leads in day-to-day account management tasks, including client conversations, reviewing influencer trackers, reports, recaps, filing images, social content, call agendas, invoices, budget management, etc.
Internal Team Leadership: Manages and delegates responsibilities to staff, overseeing the daily workflow and delegating roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth campaign execution
Crafting Influencer Campaigns: Leads in the ideation of comprehensive influencer campaigns that align with client objectives and KPIs
Partnerships, Event Planning & Execution: Oversees the planning and execution of influencer events and partnerships that aligns with the brand’s initiatives, creating opportunities for organic content generation for partners and consumers
Creative Brief Management: Manages the development of influencer creative briefs for photo/video shoots and is on-site if needed
Guest List Curation: Curates guest lists for influencer events, overseeing the outreach, negotiation, contracting, and post-event approvals for all guests
Campaign Evaluation: Develops recap materials post-campaign to measure and evaluate value, including ROI and other performance metrics
Build & Maintain Lasting Relationships: Cultivates and maintains genuine relationships with influencers and content creators, fostering trust and mutual respect
Qualifications
Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in the influencer marketing industry, some time with agency experience would be a plus, but open to all backgrounds
Leadership Skills: Minimum 1 year experience of mentoring and developing full-time staff members, showcasing the ability to nurture talent and foster growth within a team environment while working on complex digital projects
Account Management: Minimum 1 year experience leading conversations with clients on a day-to-day basis, including leading regular calls and meetings; ideally has been client-facing for at least 3 years.
Proficiency in Influencer Social Analytics: Possesses extensive knowledge in influencer social analytics related to the selection and evaluation of suitable influencers to meet campaign objectives
Social Platforms & Influencer Nuances Expertise: Has a thorough understanding of social platform dynamics and influencer nuances, including influencer tiers and verticals
Understanding of Influencer Economics: Has experience with influencer costs, pricing factors, and negotiation strategies
Knowledge of Media Integration: Familiarity with the intersection of earned, owned, and paid media and has worked on cross-functional teams
Awareness of Digital Consumer Trends: Up to date with digital consumer trends and familiarity with lifestyle and luxury consumer marketing tactics

The salary range is $80,000-$90,000 annually.
