Job summary

Zenni is seeking a Sr. Influencer Coordinator in Los Angeles to run creator campaigns from concept to reporting.

You will identify creators, write briefs, review content, and present results to leadership, with hands-on event coordination and close collaboration with social, brand, and PR teams. The role is hybrid, based in LA, with active participation in monthly creator events and occasional travel to meetings and shoots around the Arts District.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing, social media, talent relations, PR, or a closely related field
• Deep working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and what makes content perform on each
• Comfortable with data: you can build a campaign recap, read the numbers, and explain what they mean
• Clear, friendly writer and communicator with strong attention to detail
• Able to juggle several campaigns and creator timelines at once without dropping the ball
• Able to be in Los Angeles roughly twice a month for creator events and team days

Responsibilities

• Find the right creators and vet them across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with data-driven insights
• Build real relationships with creators and nurture new voices and audiences
• Run campaigns end to end: briefs, deliverables, gifting, seeding, content review, timelines, and payments
• Keep trackers for budgets, timelines, and results to ensure alignment
• Measure campaign performance and share clear summaries with leadership
• Host and attend monthly creator events in LA and help creators feel welcome
• Help shape localized creator strategies for new markets, including Spanish-speaking audiences
• Collaborate with social, brand, paid media, and PR to tie creator content to broader initiatives
• Stay ahead of trends and tools, proposing ideas proactively
