Tangle Teezer Ltd in New York is seeking a Senior Influencer & Affiliate Manager to lead our influencer marketing and affiliate strategy, with a focus on brand awareness, culture relevance, and measurable commerce results. You will develop and own creator programs across platforms and oversee TikTok Shop growth.

You will mentor the Influencer Marketing Manager, partner with Brand, Social, PR, E-commerce and Sales teams, establish KPIs, and optimize campaigns using performance data.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years in influencer/affiliate marketing.
• Experience leading teams and budgets.
• Proven record driving sales via creators.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own influencer, creator, affiliate, and TikTok Shop strategy to grow brand awareness and revenue.
• Mentor the Influencer Marketing Manager with clear direction and support.
• Build a scalable creator ecosystem across macro to micro creators.
• Lead end-to-end activations: selection, briefing, contracting, content, approvals, execution, reporting.
• Grow TikTok Shop: affiliate recruitment, product assortment, promotions, campaigns, content strategy, revenue.
• Develop affiliate programs to produce high-quality, shoppable content.
