Amgen is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison in Inflammation for the CT/NY territory, including NYC, Manhattan, Long Island, and Connecticut. This field-based role reports to an Inflammation Respiratory/GI MSL Director and emphasizes peer-to-peer scientific exchange with key healthcare providers.

The candidate will drive scientific engagement across Pulmonology, Allergy, ENT, and Gastroenterology, collaborating to support the therapeutic-area pipeline and patient outcomes.

Formación

• Seven or more years of experience in a medically related field, including at least one year focused on clinical practice, clinical research, or medical research.
• Two years of Medical Science Liaison experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company with current Scientific or Medical Affairs.
• Expertise in Respiratory, Gastroenterology, and/or Inflammation.

Responsabilidades

• Spend the majority of time in peer-to-peer scientific exchange with Respiratory, Gastroenterology, and related stakeholders.
• Engage clinical investigators and research sites in support of the therapeutic-area pipeline.
• Engage PHDMs within territory health systems and clinics to communicate scientific evidence on clinical value and health economics.
• Lead and support congress activities aligned with medical strategy.
• Mentor other MSLs as designated by MSL leadership.
• Complete administrative responsibilities and required training, including CRM documentation, expense reports, and compliance modules.
