Job summary

Amgen in the United States seeks a Medical Science Liaison for Inflammation, covering West/Central Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. The role is field-based with substantial travel to engage Pulmonology, Allergy, ENT, and Gastroenterology provider segments and to discuss scientific opportunities aligned with Amgen’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years in Medical Affairs acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Medical Affairs acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Majority of time on peer-to-peer activities with key specialties and providers.
• Travel 60–70% for territory management and conferences.
• Engage with investigators and health systems to communicate scientific data.
• Lead and participate in projects supporting MSL strategies and compliance.
• Support Amgen sponsored research and provide scientific insights to internal teams.

Doctorate degree

Master’s degree and 3 years of Medical Affairs experience
