Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with talent development and coaching of high-performing teams.
• Ability to drive sales results through a distributed, matrixed model and influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead (directly or indirectly) and develop teams of analysts, associates, and VPs to deliver industry-specific content and solutions.
• Foster high-performing talent focused on skill building, career development, and revenue supporting initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional content creation across platforms, collaborating with marketing for broad distribution.
