Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Senior Industry Coordinator to enable commercial and technical teams across Baking, Beverage, and New Foods & Protein. This role coordinates meetings, events, and engagements, acting as a trusted partner to sales and leadership while shaping agendas and ensuring high‑quality execution.

You will support complex scheduling, anticipate needs, and maintain standards across time zones. Hybrid office‑based work and travel up to 15% are expected.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project or Program Management, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior coordination, operations, program support, or executive support roles.
  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional commercial and/or technical teams.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort working with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Ability to manage complex scheduling across time zones and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of high‑impact internal meetings, offsites, customer engagements, and industry events.
  • Shape agendas, formats, and meeting flow to improve clarity, decision‑making, and engagement.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs related to visits, leadership travel, business reviews, and planning cycles.
  • Act as a connector across Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, R&D, and Leadership to align people, information, and materials.
  • Drive consistent standards for meeting prep, follow‑through, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide trusted, high‑judgment administrative and operational support to senior commercial and technical leaders.
