Job summary

Novonesis is hiring a Quality Engineer to strengthen our biosolutions manufacturing operations in Franklinton, NC. This early-career role focuses on QA, food safety, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

You’ll translate process data into actionable insights using Lean and statistical tools, while collaborating with production, engineering, and maintenance to resolve deviations and customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or biotechnical field.
  • Experience with manufacturing quality systems and GMP/HACCP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and statistical tools is preferred.

In this role, you’ll join a collaborative environment where quality, innovation, and continuous improvement drive real impact on global operations and sustainability.The Role & Your ImpactAs a Quality Engineer, you will drive manufacturing quality systems, food safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives within a biotechnology production environment. This is an early-career opportunity to build technical expertise while contributing to operational excellence and problem-solving across cross-functional teams.
