Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a process engineer to lead industrial water and wastewater projects across the United States in a hybrid role based in the Atlanta area. You will design and optimize treatment systems, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams from study through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of industrial wastewater experience is preferred.
• Professional Engineer registration (PE) is preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Function as the process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Lead design and delivery of treatment systems across study, design, construction, startup and operation phases.
• Mentor mid-level and junior staff; delegate calculations/drawings as needed.
• Support business development, client proposals, and selling of projects.
