Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer to contribute to our growing portfolio of water and wastewater projects in the United States. This hybrid role supports client facilities nationwide with occasional international travel opportunities.

You will serve as the process engineer on industrial water projects, applying physical/chemical and biological treatment methods, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams from study through operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in the industrial water/wastewater field.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Function as the process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Apply processes for physical/chemical treatment, biological treatment, membrane treatment, adsorption, filtration.
• Receive guidance from a senior process engineer.
• Delegate calculations and drawings to junior staff.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams through study to design, construction, startup and O&M of treatment systems.
