Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer / Design Manager with 10+ years of consulting experience. The role focuses on industrial water and wastewater projects, leading design, mentoring staff, and supporting business development across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of industrial wastewater experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer registration in one or more states.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Function as the process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Lead design and delivery of treatment solutions across study to operations phases.
• Support business development and sales opportunities, including proposals.
• Delegate engineering or scientific calculations/drawings to junior staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Travel as needed for client meetings and project sites (up to 25%).
