Qualifications

• Requires PE license and 20+ years in industrial water/wastewater engineering and project management.
• Designs treatment processes, piping systems, and infrastructure for industrial water projects.
• Proven business development and practice growth experience in consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage industrial water and wastewater projects from concept through delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster strong client relationships and pursue growth opportunities in the industrial water sector.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior staff.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
