Job summary

Parametrix is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for water and wastewater projects across the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle, Puyallup, and Spokane. The role blends client engagement with technical leadership in a hybrid work environment.

You bring a BSEE, PE license, and 10+ years of consulting experience, with strong PLC/SCADA and NEC expertise, and a track record in municipal or industrial water/wastewater projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering and PE license.
• 10+ years of consulting experience in water/wastewater or related infra.
• Experience with 480V power distribution, motor control (including VFDs), standby generators, NEC compliance, and lighting.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, telemetry, relay control logic.
• Municipal or industrial water and wastewater project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for municipal/industrial water and wastewater projects.
• Partner in business development and client management.
• Mentor and support the electrical team within the Water Division.
