Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Wastewater Program Lead for the Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Practice in North America. This senior role requires directing business development and delivering technical leadership across front-end engineering, process design, and client engagement.

The candidate will manage diverse teams, develop P&IDs, and coordinate permits and long-range planning to support project pursuits and client growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Oil, Gas, and Chemicals water/wastewater treatment.
• Professional engineering registration and related technical experience.
• Experience leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD for Industrial Wastewater services in North America.
• Provide technical leadership for front-end projects and business cases.
• Supervise engineers, EITs, designers, and drafters.
• Develop process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and installation details.
• Coordinate with permitting authorities for water agreements.
• Mentor staff and support talent development.
