HDR is seeking an Industrial Wastewater Program Lead for Oil, Gas, and Chemicals in North America. You will lead design and business development for IWW services and manage a diverse team of engineers and drafters.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in W/WW, a PE registration, and a track record in client relations, project leadership, and strategic planning.
This full-time role is based in Houston, Texas with opportunities to work across North America and travel for client engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in related field.
- Professional engineering registration and related technical experience.
- Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with directors.
Responsibilities
- Lead Business Development of IWW services for NA Oil, Gas, and Chemicals.
- Develop proposals and deliver technical presentations.
- Lead technical teams of engineers, EITs, designers, and drafters.
- Oversee process design sizing and hydraulic calculations.
- Develop P&IDs, flow diagrams, and installation details.
- Coordinate with permitting authorities and client managers.
