HDR is seeking an experienced Industrial Wastewater (IWW) Program Lead to join our Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Practice. This role involves leading business development and managing engineering teams across North America.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment systems and will play a crucial role in developing client relationships, overseeing process design, and ensuring project delivery.

Qualifications
- 10 years of direct experience with industrial water/wastewater treatment systems.
- Ability to develop business and lead engineering teams.
- Professional or Engineering registration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities in the Oil, Gas, and Chemicals sector.
- Provide technical leadership for process-oriented projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather relevant technical information.
- Develop design criteria and oversee process design.
- Create recommendations for client facility monitoring systems.
