Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Wastewater (IWW) Program Lead for the Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Practice in North America. The role requires leading technical teams on detailed design and owner’s engineer projects, developing creative solutions, supporting proposals, and guiding the technical effort.

You will build client relationships, lead business development, and ensure designs meet client needs while upholding HDR values within an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years experience in industrial water/wastewater or related field.
• Professional registration and related technical experience.
• Experience leading diverse teams and working with senior leaders.
• Committed to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for IWW services in North America.
• Provide technical leadership for complex process W/WW systems.
• Develop design criteria, specs, and vendor evaluations.
• Manage and mentor engineers, EITs, designers, and drafters.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet client expectations.
