Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or automation.
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, troubleshooting, and safety practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in curriculum development or employer engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate TSTC core values with stakeholders.
Serve as trainer for advanced training programs across technical, manufacturing, healthcare, and other sectors.
Develop curriculum for various educational projects, including continuing education, apprenticeships, contract and industrial training, and special projects.
Coordinate training schedules, instructional materials, and assignments with staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting; ensure compliance with credentialing, licensure, safety standards.
Mentor adjunct instructors and share best practices.
Remain responsive to industry trends and emerging technologies.
