Job summary

ECS University seeks a seasoned Training Leader to direct the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of its technical training programs. You will design onboarding and refresher tracks for multiple disciplines and align content with regulatory requirements.

Leading a dedicated training team, you will oversee the use of Degreed and the TDMS integration to track progress, ensure effectiveness, and optimize resource use across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and developing technical trainings.
• 10+ years of experience delivering training and development activities.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Security.
• 5+ years of instruction in adult learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of ECS University training programs.
• Develop and manage onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees across all ECS disciplines.
• Design specialized training tracks for cyber, industrial/program, and management roles with regulatory compliance.
• Utilize Degreed and other tools to optimize training delivery and resource utilization.
• Integrate training programs with the Technical Data Management System (TDMS) to track progress and effectiveness.
• Update and maintain onboarding and training checklists and documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to identify training needs and content.
• Build and lead a dedicated training team, including Industrial ICs.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, including ECSU planning sessions, to establish project plans.
