Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and maintain classified security training for personnel in secure environments. You will support onboarding, recurring, and role-based training while aligning content with policy and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will partner with leadership and technical experts to close training gaps, track completion and effectiveness, and keep materials updated to reflect current security requirements and procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training-related experience.
• 5+ years of experience handling classified information.
• 5+ years of experience in a classified environment.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and technical experts.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities.
