The Senior Service Technician will maintain, repair, and support complex refrigeration systems at customer sites. The role requires strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration, electrical controls, and leadership in safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must have more than 5 years of relevant experience.
• Universal EPA certification OR ability to obtain.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.
• Safety-sensitive position with pre-employment and regular drug testing.
• Able to wear a respirator and pass a fit test.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb regularly and 75 lb occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert repair and maintenance for industrial ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems ranging from 100 HP to 5,000 HP.
• Perform routine and emergency service, diagnostics, and inspections on screw and reciprocal compressors.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, alarms, and electrical systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies, including PPE and respirators.
• Communicate with Service Managers and customers to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Mentor and support apprentice technicians in developing skills and maintaining service quality.
