Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of project management or construction management experience.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, power generation, or heavy commercial environments with industrial coatings, roofing, mechanical restoration, HVAC, or specialty contracting preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and financial management principles.
• Knowledge of contract administration, change management, and project financial reporting.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites overnight up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, staffing requirements, and resource strategies to support efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate project activities with estimators, field leadership, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure projects are properly staffed, equipped, and scheduled for safe and productive execution.
• Lead pre-job, progress, and post-job meetings and communicate project status to customers, field leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and obstacles, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to support field teams, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
