Job summary

Crow Engineering Inc in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking a Senior Industrial Manufacturing & Engineering Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects from conception through completion. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires a hands-on leader who communicates clearly across all levels, maintains strong relationships with clients, and owns project success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large industrial manufacturing projects end-to-end.
• Proven ability to develop budgets and manage scope, schedule and cost.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within Crow Engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards
