Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods - Corporate offices in Beaverton, OR is seeking an experienced engineer to lead large capital projects from concept to implementation and design improved production layouts. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years in process manufacturing with AutoCAD proficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and travel up to 50% across North America. A bonus may be offered based on company goals and performance.

Qualifications

• Must have AutoCAD reading/production skills.
• Lean manufacturing understanding for layout and process flow.
• 5+ years leading complex capital plant projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads large scale projects from concept to implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Designs new processes and production layouts to improve manufacturing.
• Provides communication and leadership, presents updates to management.
• Develops engineering solutions for recurring failures affecting operations.
• Updates drawings of equipment layouts, process flow, and utilities.
• Coordinates with vendors and subcontractors on scope, budget and schedule.
