Job summary

Southern Industrial is seeking a scheduler to create and manage schedules for large and complex industrial construction projects in the Southeast. You will lead project teams in developing bid and baseline schedules, track updates, and identify critical paths to milestones.

The role requires Primavera and MS Project proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and field crews. On-site work with travel as needed, competitive salary, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years scheduling, planning, and/or estimating industrial projects.
• Proficient in Primavera and MS Project to build, baseline, and track schedules.
• Strong MS Office experience and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan future work to reflect the execution plan and maximize productivity.
• Develop and update schedules from project documents and site input.
• Coordinate resources and lead time to ensure efficient execution.
• Load resources, estimate man-hours by craft, and track durations.
• Provide weekly schedule updates and assist with client meetings.
