Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking Mid to Sr. level Project Managers with construction expertise to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

You will lead end-to-end large-scale construction projects and own the entire project lifecycle, traveling to sites as needed on a nationwide basis. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction/engineering, a related bachelor's degree, and proficiency with MS Project and Procore.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of Project Management experience in construction/engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Procore or similar PM software.
• Experience with large-scale commercial/industrial projects (warehouse or distribution centers).
• Experience managing projects with significant square footage and/or budgets of $20M+.
• Experience with preconstruction, estimating, bidding, proposals, and BD activities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites nationwide.

Our top client in the construction industry is searching for Mid to Sr. level Project Managers with construction expertise to join their team! You will lead end-to-end large-scale construction projects and own the entire project lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to be involved from pre-construction through project execution on multi-million-dollar nationwide projects!

Candidates will be fully on-site in St. Louis, MO, except when traveling to project sites. Travel will be approx 2 weeks/month to project sites.

*We are only able to consider candidates currently located in the Greater St. Louis area for this position.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of Project Management experience in the construction/engineering field
• Proficiency with construction/project management software (ie: MS Project, Procore)
• Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, warehouse, or distribution center projects.
• Experience managing projects with significant square footage and/or $20M+ budgets.
• Experience with preconstruction, estimating, bidding, proposals, and business development/pursuit activities.
• Comfortable with regular travel to project sites nationwide.
