Job summary

Delta Diversified, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support industrial power systems across a large North American manufacturing network. You will focus on power distribution, design, and project execution, aiding reliability and capital effectiveness.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering with occasional travel, offering potential for leadership as the organization grows and succession needs arise within the division.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• PE registration preferred; strong in industrial environments is a plus.
• Experience with capital projects and power distribution in heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide divisional electrical engineering support for ~70 paper mills nationwide.
• Lead power distribution studies, system evaluations, and troubleshooting.
• Support medium- and low-voltage distribution, protection, and coordination.
• Perform breaker coordination, power system analysis, and equipment selection.
• Develop electrical designs and schematics; generate project documentation.
• Participate in capital project development, engineering, and commissioning.
• Travel to sites 25%–35% to support projects and operations.
