The role is anchored in the Corporate Advanced Engineering team within the Auburn Hills CTO organization, requiring collaboration across BUs and external partners. 10+ years in industrial power systems and strong engineering judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering or science with emphasis in electrical/computer engineering is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies into viable product concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reports and senior audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead and architect industrial power systems, transformers, and power conversion projects.
• Develop one-line diagrams for power delivery and perform simulations or testing of new technologies.
• Coordinate development programs from ideation to proof-of-concept with internal and external partners.
• Prepare reports and presentations on technology trends for senior management.
• Engage with external partners, startups, suppliers, and customers at industry events.
