Join BorgWarner's PowerDrive Systems Engineering team and gain hands‑on experience developing advanced electrification technologies that power the future of mobility. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support requirements development, system architecture, design, integration, and validation activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply engineering fundamentals on real‑world products while building a strong foundation in systems engineering and cross‑functional collaboration.
Course work in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering required Basic understanding of structured analysis and problem solving is preferred Organized and structured workstyle and attention to detail are required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language required Strong PC knowledge and experience required Teamwork – Considers and seeks out the impact of his/her actions within the team. Actively seeks collaboration with internal and external team members.

This position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the BorgWarner PTC Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers.
