Job summary

The Bell Company is seeking a Mechanical Plumbing Superintendent/Foreman to lead plumbing crews on hospitals, laboratories and large industrial projects. The initial assignment is in Baltimore with the Hanover, MD region serving as a base.

Qualifications

• Must have supervised craft in a self-perform environment.
• 5 years' experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction with a background in plumbing and advanced plumbing systems.
• Past project size should exceed $5 million.
• Must demonstrate experience and capability for monitoring production and controlling costs.
• Familiar with management controls (schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety) facilitated during project execution.
• Past personal experience as a crafts person in the mechanical trades is required and previous/past professional licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plumbing crews on heavy industrial projects and ensure safety.
• Monitor production and control costs to meet budget targets.
• Manage schedules, procurement, and quality/safety during project execution.
• Lead field operations and coordinate with engineering and site teams.

PAY RANGE:$90-$130k / YEAR FOR MECHANICAL PLUMBING SUPERINTENDENT
