Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead and grow our mechanical group within a multi-disciplinary firm. You will mentor project teams, manage complex mechanical design and project execution, and work with owners and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical engineering or related field.
• PE license in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Revit and AutoCAD experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with HVAC and plumbing system design for buildings.

Responsibilities

• Expand the mechanical group’s capabilities into healthcare, education, data centers and other target markets.
• Serve as a technical leader, bringing expertise in complex project design and execution.
• Mentor the team for long-term growth and leadership development.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to ensure quality and compliance.
