Job summary

EmployBridge seeks a skilled High-Level Maintenance Mechanic to support maintenance and reliability of complex manufacturing equipment in Leominster, MA. The role targets an experienced technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and a background with automated production machinery.

Responsibilities include preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnosing multi-system equipment, and collaborating with production and engineering to boost uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong experience with CNC machinery, robotics, and PLC-driven equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Machining experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines, robotics, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and uptime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support facility maintenance needs.
