You’ll improve machinery performance and maintenance reliability while expanding your skills through on‑the‑job learning, advanced training, and additional certifications. The 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00pm–6:00am) may require weekend work as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in industrial maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Intermediate proficiency with PLC.
• Commitment to continuous learning and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex machinery, perform preventive maintenance and ensure production efficiency.
• Provide operators with support around machine reliability and collaborate with production staff and other technicians.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and report unusual, inefficient, or dangerous mechanical/electrical situations.
• Maintain work records and prepare clear and concise oral and written reports.
