Job summary

Pro Pac And Qual Pac is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Charlotte, NC facility. You will perform preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment, repair mechanical and electrical systems, and document work in CMMS, ensuring safety and uptime.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, reading schematics, and maintaining accurate records. A High School Diploma and 5 years related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma, with 5 years related maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with 480V 3-phase motors and multi-craft maintenance.
• Familiar with OSHA safety regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Repair and replace defective parts, including welding and brazing.
• Document maintenance records and parts used.
• Read schematics and equipment manuals to guide repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per OSHA standards.
• Respond to maintenance calls to minimize downtime.
