Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM) to maintain facility uptime and equipment reliability. You will perform planned, predictive, and emergency repairs on mechanical and electrical systems in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications include 3+ years of multi-craft maintenance, PLC experience, and the ability to read prints. Strong diagnostic and teamwork skills are essential to reduce downtime and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with 3-phase power, PLCs, and relay logic.
• Proficient in mechanical tool repair, pneumatics, HVAC, and general upkeep.
• Ability to read prints/technical drawings and follow safety standards.
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills; willing to cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery including 3-phase electrical controls and PLCs.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize equipment reliability.
• Maintain repair logs, order parts, and uphold OSHA safety standards.
