Eden Capital Careers is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Sedalia, MO. You will perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, install systems, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, using CMMS to track activities.

You will read schematics and drawings, perform precise alignments with laser and electronic methods, and monitor equipment health with predictive maintenance tools. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience.
• Ability to read manuals, hydraulic/pneumatic drawings and schematics.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment (forklifts, utility vehicles).
• Fluent in English; strong verbal/written communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Maintain facility equipment including air compressors, HVAC, and cooling systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use manuals, diagrams, and vendor resources to diagnose issues.
• Read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic drawings and schematics.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to verify alignments and perform laser/electronic alignments.
• Provide daily maintenance reports and status updates.
• Utilize CMMS to document and track maintenance activities.
• Complete preventive and planned maintenance procedures.
• Follow safe rigging and material handling practices.
• Respond urgently to downtime to minimize production interruptions.
