Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician III for the 2nd shift at a high-volume grocery fulfillment and distribution center. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated conveyor and sortation systems, aiming to maximize uptime and support client operations teams.

You will lead and mentor technicians, manage CMMS work orders, and work across building systems while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years in PLC programming.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related controls.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment, and parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
