Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance and Reliability Technician III to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve packaging equipment in a high-paced facility in the Waco, TX area. You will lead complex preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems and guide junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Technical degree and 8+ years of industrial or military maintenance experience.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs.
• Ability to mentor less experienced technicians.
• Experience with CMMS to document maintenance activities.
• Forklift operation proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies including LOTO, PPE, and safe machine operation.
• Read electrical blueprints, diagrams, and equipment specs.
• Troubleshoot motors, relays, and electrical components with diagnostic tools.
• Repair electrical controls, PLCs, and motor-control systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain and repair chillers, pumps, compressors, and related equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities in the CMMS.
