Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance and Reliability Technician III in Waco, TX. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime and safety.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform advanced preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, mentor junior technicians, and document activities in the CMMS. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires technical degree and 8+ years of industrial or military maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor less experienced technicians.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety policies and LOTO procedures.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment specs.
• Troubleshoot motors, relays, contactors, and electrical components using diagnostic tools.
• Repair electrical controls, PLCs, and motor-control systems; perform preventive maintenance.
• Document repairs, parts used, and equipment history in the CMMS.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives.
